The Market Square Medical Centre rooms were opened in 1972 at Sunnybank, in March 2008 the practice relocated to Times Square 250 McCullough St Sunnybank and changed our name to Sunnybank Medical Centre, most of the doctors work at both surgeries. Four of our doctors have been members of the practice for a combined total of 100 years.

The doctors are committed to quality care for our patients and have been partners for many years. We have several specialists visit our Sunnybank Rooms, enabling our doctors to access them easily.

Both our surgeries are open Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and Saturday surgery is from 8.30 to 11.30 am. We are open on Monday till 7.30 pm at Salisbury and till 7.00 pm on Thursday at Sunnybank. This Saturday session is predominantly for urgent cases and those patients who can't get to us during the week.

We will bulk bill our patients who hold concession cards and children who are under 16. All other patients are requested to settle their account at the time of the consultation.

We are in contact with the Refugee Clinic at the Mater hospital so are able to offer care to refugees that best suits their medical needs.  We can arrange for an interpreter to be here in the surgery or on the telephone.
