In our well equipped minor ops surgery, our doctors perform exisions to remove skin lesions. They also perform skin grafting and “flap” repairs if needed.

Treatment room procedures include recording an ECG, hearing tests, respiratory function testing for asthma control, pregnancy testing, plastering of simple fractures, hyfracation (burning) and snowing (dry ice) of sun spots and warts, suturing of lacerations. A multitude of dressings are done daily in this room. We have a Siltex steam sterilizer used to sterilize all instruments and packs in accordance with Australian standards.

We offer shared ante-natal care with various maternity hospitals in Brisbane. Neo-natal checks are carried out on infants as requested. Dr Smyth is a trained Mental Health Care GP and can access specialist care easily for their patients.
